Quinta Magnólia

Area: 35,300 square metres

Quinta Magnólia is situated between Rua do Dr. Pita and Ribeiro Seco and includes a 33-metre swimming pool, four tennis courts, a squash court, a café with outdoor seating and a clubhouse, where the Madeira Rescue Service is currently installed.

The quinta boasts a wide collection of plants, particularly tropical and subtropical species. The magnolia that gives its name to this quinta is a native species from the southeast of the United States of America.

The park is open to the public since the 1st of May, 1981.
